In a meeting Tuesday, members of the Baylor Alumni Association board of directors voted 28-7 to support the proposed Transition Agreement, which is up for a member vote on Saturday, September 7. Before the vote, board members received a copy of the license agreement between the university and the Baylor Line Corporation (BLC), which will
