A Gameday Experience That Includes Your Baby Bear
Getting out of the house with a baby can feel overwhelming — especially on football Saturdays. Where do you feed? Where can you pump? Where do you change diapers without stress? That’s why Baylor partnered with TakingCaraBabies to create the Baby Bear Family Lounge at McLane Stadium — a private, comfortable, and family-friendly space that makes bringing your little one to the game easier than ever.

What is the Baby Bear Family Lounge?
The Baby Bear Family Lounge is a quiet, air-conditioned space where parents can take care of their infants and toddlers during Baylor games and events. Each lounge includes:
- A private area for breastfeeding, pumping, and bottle feeding
- Cozy rocking chairs for comfort
- Changing tables stocked with EveryLife brand diapers and wipes (sizes 1–6)
- Electrical outlets for pumps or chargers
- A children’s library and small snacks
- TV screens so parents don’t miss the game
Where to find the Baby Bear Family Lounge at McLane Stadium
McLane Stadium: Main concourse near Guest Services behind Section 114, plus additional lounges on the fourth and fifth suite levels.
Foster Pavilion: Between Sections 111 and 112.
The lounges are open during football games, concerts, and other stadium events.
Who Can Use the Suite?
All parents and guardians are able to use the space to do anything, from feeding, to diaper changes, to taking a break from the heat by reading their child a book using the suite’s children’s library.
However, Dads should be mindful of privacy – mothers are encouraged to use the space for pumping and breastfeeding.
What’s Inside the Lounge?
Inside the lounge you’ll find:
- A private, air-conditioned space
- Electrical outlets
- Cozy rocking chairs for feeding, pumping, and nursing
- Changing tables
- Free EveryLife brand wipes, size 1-6 diapers, and training pants from the brand EveryLife
- Small snacks
- A children’s library

FAQs for Parents
Can I bring my baby’s milk to McLane Stadium?
Yes. Parents can bring breast milk, bottles, and formula in sealed, labeled containers. Small coolers or insulated bags may be allowed after security screening.
Worried about the stadium’s clear bag policy? Bring a clear plastic vinyl or PVC bag, no larger than 12″ x 12″ x 6″. Check out this clear backpack from WinCraft for inspiration.
Can I bring a breast pump?
Yes. Stadium policy allows breast pumps as medical devices. Clear bags are recommended, but exceptions may be made for pumping equipment. The lounges include outlets, and wearable pumps are encouraged.
And don’t forget to bring an empty breastmilk chiller to preserve your milk throughout the event. We recommend this one from Ceres Chill.

A Parent’s Testimonial
“As a first-time mom, I worried about bringing my baby gear into the stadium. Would they let me in with this stuff? Would I have to pump in a bathroom stall? Instead, I found the Baby Bear Family Lounge — a welcoming space full of moms supporting each other. Thank you, Cara, for this gift to us Mama Bears” – Kourtney Nering, Editor-in-Chief
Why It Matters
Baylor football is about more than the game — it’s about family. With the Baby Bear Family Lounge, parents no longer have to choose between cheering on the Bears and caring for their little ones.
