In November 2023, Phillip & Yvette Helberg (Founders, Helberg Barbecue) experienced the worst: Helberg Barbecue, their award-winning barbecue restaurant was destroyed by a fire. In the year since, the Waco and barbecue communities have come together to support their rebuilding and expansion. Hear about the hellacious year the Helbergs just survived (and thrived!) through.

Carter Lacy (Co-host, Somm Of Our Thoughts) and David Mayfield (Owner, The Wine Shoppe) close out Line Fest ’24 with a conversation on the growing world of wine in Waco. Plus, they talk through a sampling of wide-ranging examples of natural wine. What a way to end the day!
