Why No Phone Number?
We understand some may be looking for a phone number to call. We’ve chosen to sunset our phone based support protocol. Honestly, we got a billion times more spam than you’d ever believe — seriously, like hundreds of spam calls and dozens of blank voicemails per day — and it was just too cumbersome for a small team to keep up with. We know this may seem like an inconvenience for you, but our investment in email based support has seen tremendous results and much happier clients. There has yet to be a situation we cannot handle in a timely manner — including refunds, change of address or contact information, RSVP or event concerns, or subscription updates. Shoot us an email and we’ll take care of you.
